Nice room, ok service, nothing remarkable. Clean and convenient, the restaurant has a nice variety and good service. Not much in the way of amenities, but all in all it was quite cosy and comfortable.

Me and my partner stayed here 3 times in the last month the staff especially the manager in the bar and restaurant couldn't do enough for us the food and rooms are lovely to can't wait to get back and the prices are great and Waterford I'd lovely to

This hotel is pretty good. As a period property, it's something of a labyrinth but the rooms are large and well equipped - though mine was something of an odd shape. Due to a ferry delay I arrived just before midnight. The desk was not operating but a call to the duty manager got me checked in quickly. The downside of a city centre location is that it can be noisy, and it was - little that the hotel can do about this. Still, the bed was big and comfortable and in the morning the breakfast was good, though the service protocols a little eccentric. Everything one might want was available, but finding it could be tricky.

The room was okay but was cold, the food in the restaurant wasn't the best at all, the steak was brought out after 10 minutes of ordering it, the turkey was black in places and a bit pink, the spuds was like there was cooking oil mixed in with them, the ham was as thin as rashers if not thinner, the breakfast wasn't the best either there was a taste and smell of cling film off of the tomatoes, rashers wasn't the best, the sausages tasted like they were gone off, I wouldn't stay in this hotel again to be honest

Hotwl is a little Gem.Location to all Tourist attraction in the town is shirt stroll up the Quay.Top floor rooms are incrediibly comfortable with black out blinds for a great sleep.Staff were super friensly and clearly liked working there.I must mention Paul,Hotel.Mamager.To say he went above and beyond to acknowledge my wifes birthday was much appreciated.We will definitely be back
